In Nigeria, there is high level of food insecurity for the past four decades as a result of neglect in food production and is at the risk of not being able to feed her people. Per capita consumption of chicken is still very low at 2.5kg in Nigeria, when compared to Brazil and South Africa at 30kg and 40kg and that of eggs is 60 eggs per annum in Nigeria compared to 250 to 300 eggs per annum in most advanced countries We are working on our vision of feeding Nigerians sustainably by producing healthy and affordable food to make the country food sufficient.

SDG 2: Zero Hunger

SDG 1: No Poverty

When you empower a woman financially, you have liberated the whole family from poverty. On this premise we are empower women and youths through our internship program where they are given an opportunity to learn and given resources to implement what they learnt on graduation to be able to lift themselves and their families from poverty. We provide mentorship program after they graduate to monitor their progress to ensure success. We also provide market access to interns by serving as off-takers for all their products.
We provide opportunities for women by consciously targeting them for employment and our internship program. We believe that anybody can achieve anything if they are given the opportunity and are determined to achieve it.

SDG 5: Gender Equality

SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

We provide decent work environment for our staff to work, learn and grow. Our staff get profit bonus when they meet their departmental KPIs. We have a policy of financial reward for our staff who stay for a particular length of time with us. They use this large sum of money to start their own businesses and employ other people thereby contributing to poverty reduction and economic growth.
We provide quality education to our interns by teaching them not just practical and theory aspects of agribusiness but also financial management and soft skills that will enable them survive and thrive in the society and running of their various businesses. We also offer excursion opportunities to school children to teach them about agribusiness and get them interested at an early age.
