Decent Work and Economic Growth

In Nigeria, there is high level of food insecurity for the past four decades as a result of neglect in food production and is at the risk of not being able to feed her people. Per capita consumption of chicken is still very low at 2.5kg in Nigeria, when compared to Brazil and South Africa at 30kg and 40kg and that of eggs is 60 eggs per annum in Nigeria compared to 250 to 300 eggs per annum in most advanced countries We are working on our vision of feeding Nigerians sustainably by producing healthy and affordable food to make the country food sufficient.

SDG 2: Zero Hunger

SDG 5: Gender Equality

We provide opportunities for women by consciously targeting them for employment and our internship program. We believe that anybody can achieve anything if they are given the opportunity and are determined to achieve it.
We provide decent work environment for our staff to work, learn and grow. Our staff get profit bonus when they meet their departmental KPIs. We have a policy of financial reward for our staff who stay for a particular length of time with us. They use this large sum of money to start their own businesses and employ other people thereby contributing to poverty reduction and economic growth.
